1. Copyright Infringement
As a developer on the Kubian platform, you agree that you cannot infringe on other people's copyrights. All code, assets, and materials verified through Kubian must be wholly owned by you or properly licensed. Failure to provide proof of ownership upon request may result in immediate project termination following a 48-hour administrative verification window.
2. Accurate Representation
You must accurately represent your application. Using Kubian to verify illegitimate or unauthorized clones, deploying malware, distributing rootkits, or masking your application's malicious intent is strictly prohibited. Kubian exists to protect secure, legitimate ecosystems.
3. Platform Abuse
Any attempts to bypass our rate limits, DDoS our infrastructure, manipulate the attestation payload artificially, or abuse our APIs will result in an immediate IP ban and account termination. You agree to utilize our systems exactly as defined in the official documentation.
4. Warning System
Violations of these agreements will result in administrative warnings applied to your project. These warnings will be visible on your dashboard. If a project receives three (3) warnings, it will be automatically and permanently terminated.
5. Appeals Process
If your project receives a warning or is terminated, you may submit an appeal within 30 days of the action. You must properly address and explain how the underlying issues have been fixed. If the administration accepts your appeal, your project's active status will be restored and all previous warnings will be cleared. Decisions made on appeals are final.
6. Application Uniqueness and DLAC
When you upload an application, the package name and keystore hash are permanently tied to your project. An app cannot use a package name or keystore already in use by another project on the platform. If you wish to change the application information, you must submit a DLAC (Developer Licensing Application Changing) with a detailed explanation. The Kubian administrators will review your submission based on reasonable technical and security standards.
