Developer Licensing Application Changing (DLAC)

1. Developer Application Acceptance

When you accept the DLAC (Developer Licensing Application Changing), you agree to be bound by this Development Usage Agreement and the associated technical constraints.

2. Kubian Limited Liability

When you submit an application to the Kubian dashboard, that application's information is permanently tied to that project. Subsequent attempts to change application information without an approved DLAC will fail, as the new data will not match your project's internal storage configuration. Other projects cannot use a package name or keystore currently assigned to an active DLAC agreement.

3. DLAC Project Acceptance

To change project information, you must formally submit a request for an application data reset. You acknowledge that during the reset window, your package name enters the public pool; Kubian is not responsible if another entity claims the package name before you re-upload. While this event is unlikely, you accept this risk as part of the reset process. Once your formal request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you that the DLAC reset has been executed.

4. Limited Project Liability

DLAC is specifically designed to assist paid projects in changing their project application information. Manual DLAC reviews are prioritized for paid tiers in order of rank. Free Tier projects are encouraged to utilize the 'Delete and Reconfigure' workflow, as manual administrative resets for Free Tier projects are not guaranteed.

5. DLAC Accept/Decline

Kubian reserves the right to accept or decline DLAC requests based on reasonable security, technical, or compliance standards. Requests will be declined if the account or project violates the Terms of Service or Developer Creation Agreement. Approved requests will be processed and confirmed in a timely manner once the changes are implemented on your project.
